How fast does my order arrive?
Tellimused töödeldakse 1 tööpäeva jooksul. Matkahuolto pakk jõuab Soomes kohale 2–5 tööpäevaga.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We'll send you a tracking code by email as soon as the package is on its way. In Finland you can also use the Matkahuolto Paketit app to track your package.
How does Matkahuolto return work?
In Finland you can return packages at any Matkahuolto pickup point or parcel locker. To return via a parcel locker you need the Matkahuolto Paketit app. Contact us for return instructions.
What happens if I'm not home during home delivery?
Matkahuolto will try home delivery again on the next business day. Through the Paketit app you can also redirect the package to the nearest pickup point.
How to initiate a return?
Write to us at info@puhdasluonto.fi with your order number and reason for return. We will send you further instructions.
